binderbooks.com has a parts catalog for implements for the Super C that has quite a few in it. 900+ pages and about eighty bucks IIRC. So, yes, it's available online to buy. I don't know of any such resource available free online.
Mine's still packed away to where I can't get to it handily, but . . . I'd be awful surprised if there was a FH-to-3pt adapter in there. IH suffered tunnel vision when it came to the Fast Hitch. They wouldn't license it out to any one else to make implements or put on their tractors, and it was some time considerable time after the SuperC that they finally realized that they'd blown it and abandoned the Fast Hitch and started putting 3-points on their tractors.
