CJ, I've found that the easy way is to have the tractor as complete as possible. with the hood and grille removed and also the fenders which will allow some extra room to get to the inside of rear wheels and around the seat,only have the 8 bolts for the fenders to touch up. As for the paint, I have good luck with I.H. paint, just tell your dealer what you are painting and they can furnish the right shade red. Add some hardner in the last coat. Should turn out good.
