You will get a several answers on the rim color. "Industrial" or fleet paints are not heavy duty paints, they are usually synthetic enamels, and are used because they are cheaper, thus saving the company money. The best paints are automotive paints made by PPG, DuPont, Martin Senour, Sherwin Williams, etc. Many people just use Case-IH paints, not the best, but adequate.
