Go to a newstand, and pick up a copy of an antique car collector's or restorer's magazine. They have ads in the back for companies that can rebuild fuel pumps. Contact a couple and see if someone can do your's. A quick search on Google turned up hundreds of hits for "Antique Car fuel pump rebuilders. I bet one of them can help you out!
