Well finally found the problem. After removing almost every line, fuel was still flowing good. So I started it up again, same problem, then I remembered reading somewhere about a small air filter. The only one I found was connected between the injection pump and the air pipe leading to the manifold. I undid one end of the line, started the tractor up on gas, switched to diesel and she is running good. I was so happy, I danced a little jig! Glad I didn't remove the pump like the dealership was telling me to.
