CT Farm & Country has 'em. They list it for an "H", but as far as I can tell, they're identical to the one's for a Super C. There's a picture in the catalog. 1-888-8CT-FARM Page 100 from the 1999 catalog:
"Steering Shaft Universal Joint"

7/8" bore on both ends
Complete joint with yokes
