A manual is a good idea, it saves on comments.

The head nuts should be torqued to 70 ft. lbs. done in a spiral pattern starting from the center, in several steps i.e. 50#, 60#, 70#. Keep going around until every nut holds 70 ft. lbs. It will take several rounds. Run it for a couple hours at operating temperature and re-torque the head. Valve adjustment is .017" hot. Try .018 cold. Readjust the valves after you re-torque the head.
