Best way that I can describe it is that it is good and wet wet with oil when you take the cover off. This one was clearly dry when I looked inside. The gears at the front of the engine were also not getting the right lube but at least they get a bath of oil when you put the oil into the engine. I was lucky to figure out the problem before anything was damaged. Bob
