The super A uses a wet sleeve engine which means coolant contacts the sleeve. There are sealing rings at the bottom of the sleeve to seal it to the block. If these seals are bad coolant will mix with the oil. I would do what another post suggests pull the oil pan and pressurise the cooling system and look for leaks.
