I had a simular problem with my H pulling tractor. I had the head magnafluxed, and pressure tested, and put it back on and it still leaked. In the same place you mentioned. I removed the stud, and put thread sealer on the block end of the stud, and put a flat washer on the head and shot silicone in the head stud hole and tightend it up. It sealed it up, and has not leaked since. I have went to the extent of putting a pressure tester on the radiator cap to check for leakage internally, and had none. More than likely, it is comming out of the block side of the stud through the threads and just filling up with antifreeze when the pressure builds in the system. Hope this helps, ChadS
