I agree with what is said. I'm sure steel wheel ranch magnifluxes, and pressure tests the heads before they sell them and put a warranty on them. Likely tested and found good before you got it. I'm not ruleing it as not being cracked, but would lean toward a head bolt or head gasket leaking.
