RU running the loader off the quick disconnets next to the battery? Some tractors have extentions to move the remotes forward under the brake pedals. There is a flow control knob that has to be open next to and below the seat left side plus an isolating knob right side that has to be closed if you are using the remotes. Yes there is a 2200psi relief valve that could be open plus two filters a 100 mesh suction filter under the seat where the pipe comes out of the tank and another one next to the shifter either of those could be clogged.
