Farmall 350 Diesel - value

I was talking to a local farmer today and asked if he had any used tractors he wanted to sell cheap. He didn't be he told me where I about someone who had a Farmall 350 diesel with a loader for sale.

Can someone tell me alittle about this tractor? What is the horsepower, does it have a live PTO and hydraulics, did it come with a 3pt hitch or can one be added, etc. Are repairs/parts expensive as compared to a gas tractor.

Basically I want a tractor to mow, rack and bale hay (probably small round bales) and other general purpose use around the farm. Is this tractor adequate. I have hilly property, does it have enough horsepower?

What would be an approximate value for one of these (unrestored). The tractor is in Northeastern Maryland.
