i have a 3414 backhoe with the shuttle and have never had a problem with air in the system,it should bleed itself out,is yours just a tractor or a backhoe,i suppose that could make a difference,as for the pto i believe the 3444,3414 2444,2404 should all be the same.off topic here but there is a guy about 30 miles from me that has a 2404 with a trencher ,man could i use that baby.
