Thanks for the help guys. I have it working. I did take the power divider valve out and clean it up. It wasn't stuck, but it was gummy. I drained the hydraulic oil and it looked like bunker C, put in a new filter and oil and it is working fine. I am not sure what the problem was, but I can say that set up with the multiple control valve is a bag of worms. Thanks again I appreciate the help!
