W4 doesnt have hydraulics of their own,,it must have a PTO pump or a pump added to the engine..There are a few in the photo ads for around 3500, I have one or sale as well,, it needs work on the starter and some paint,,I am asking 12oo OBO for mine,looked at a used tractor price guide yesterday in a book store,, really nice shape was listed at 2650-3000 restored was 3500-3800 ,,hope that helps..Jim
