504 Service Manual--SSB Tractors??

After finding that this web site had no service manual for the IH 504 that I recently purchased, I searched the web and found a company called SSB tractors that offered one. I ordered the manual for $105 dollars and when it arrived today found that there is nothing in it that discusses replacing the brakes or the clutch, the two things that I intend to do. Does anyone know whether the IH Manuals should include that information??? Has anyone had any experience with SSB Tractors and manuals??? I am thinking about returning mine since it doesn't have the information I bought it for.
