Valve Timing 674 IH D239

Does anybody have an IH service manual on the D239 engine?The valve timing is off somehow.I lined up double dot on idler gear with double dot on the cam gear,single dot with the #4 dot on the injection pump gear, and single dot with knotch and dowel pin on crankshaft gear.Valves are hitting the pistons.Please help if you know any info on this subject.I WILL DANCE AT YOUR NEXT WEDDING!Thanks
