We had one made, and it really wasn't that expensive.. I think it cost about $100.. Ours is a plate made of 3/4" steel, with the outside diameter turned just under the outside diameter of the sleeve. there is also a notch in the plate that allows the plate to index with the inner diameter of the sleeve. we also had a piece of pipe made that is placed over the cylinder, and supports a plate where the throwout bearing is placed.. all you have to do, is tighten a piece of 3/4" threaded round stock through the hole in the middle of the puller plate, and tighten it down, aned then guide it into the top plate place the bearing, and tighten, and the sleeves come out easily..
