Thanks Hugh. It is a 504 and I tried the clutch adjustment in the IT manual once, but was not sure I got the "freeplay" measurement right since it was hard to feel the free play. Will try it again using my hand to press the clutch pedal and then if I don't improve the situation will replace the clutch. Thanks again,
