confused about the wheels

just bought a 41 farmall A and it looks like the rear wheels are not the same. The center hub looks different is that possible?It also looks like the wheels are turned inside out,do they do that to except wheel weights or what because that is what it looks like.Also is there an option for wheel weights on the front,because thats what it looks like.............totally confused . thx for the help.
