Paul: I have read the article, not just how sure I would have responded. I grew up on a dairy farm, in a family of 5 boys and my dad had the ability to turn most work into teamwork. Dad would never expect you to do something he wouldn't work along side you with. I tried to practice the same with my children, and can report they are a driven group of individuals. Most of all both generations were indenendant thinkers, and didn't mind expressing their views.
