Daniel: My dad bought a new Farmall 130 in 1958. At that time a 1 point fast hitch mower was not available from IH. I know we asked several times after that, with same results, not available. I doubt if we even asked after 1970, not sure. In the past 50 years I have had 6 of these tractors, 4 of them with 1 point fast hitch. I somehow can't believe there was ever one available without my knowing about it. I know what Wengers have. They sell one and they always have one. Sounds like an after market fabrication to me. On the balanced head mowers, I also have a 1968 buyers guide, which mentions 3 point, 2 point, semi-mount and trailer. However I see nothing mentioned on 1 point. I will admit that doesn't mean it didn't happen, just didn't happen in 68. I am a bit skeptical.
