F-12 restore or part out

Just started on my F-12 looks like a sleeve kit, mag etc. cost around $1000 for all the parts to fix it up. Question is do I spend the money or just part it out?? Its on steel wheels and the engine is stuck, all there but has a few broken parts, I plan on fixing it up to sell but can I get my money back if I restore it???
