I bought a kit to rebuild a alternator (10SI) from a business that sells through EBay. Kit was about $25 and they have a special kit that not only converts the 10SI to a one wire alt but also enables it to "turn on" at the low speeds that are typical of a tractor. Try a word search on ebay or if you can't find them post again and I rumage around to find their name/phone. Pete
