Problem is the native .jpg image is very small - only 250 x 230 pixels. A diagram like that needs to be at least 600 x 480. And 800 x 600 would be better.

If you have the original (high resolution) .jpg you could post that. However if you do not, about the only thing you can do is create (redraw) a new diagram at 800 x 600, then post it.

That's a useful schematic BTW...
