Why the low bids for 1948 MV on Ebay

Would anyone like to guess why the highest bid was only $3,650.00 for this tractor? I expected it to sell for $6,000.00+, considering how rare they are. Did I miss something that would devalue the tractor? BTW its Ebay #3802460284. What is the going price for a MV in this condition?
