The two sstuds holding the rocker assy mite be stuck because the rocker shaft has a flat spot for the stude to clear and if they were not lined up and they used the nuts to press it down in position it will be hard to remove. You will have to bee carefull or you can break the rocker shaft quite easy. You mite be able to unscrew the studs first. You can tell if this is the problem as the threads will be marked from the assy being forced on. Good luck let us know if you get the assy off. gene b
