Randy, another approach is to make the PS a closed system. Mount a new or salvaged (from car or pick up) power steering pump/reservoir to run the PS and you won't need diverter valve or adjustments. I'm running three of these set ups they work good. Most pumps are bracketed to run from generater belt and hidden up under the hood. My nickel Dick Davis
