Rear Tires For '40 M

I've been working on my Grandfathers M he bought new in 1940. Need to do something with mis-matched old rear tires. 12x38 on good 10" rim and 13.6x38 on a bad 11" rim.Last fall I picked up a "like new" 10" rim to make a match.Firestone rim dated 4-48.Tractor is retired to my 1 1/2 acres.Want it to look like it did when I was a kid.Want 45 degree. Should I go 13.6 or12.4? I am learning a ton of stuff from you guys. THANKS
