I’ve seen this a a couple times: A tractor has stamped rear wheels, the original tire (with tread oriented correctly) has had a flat. The only mounted “spare” immediately available has the tread oriented for the other side of the tractor. But an inflated tire oriented the wrong way is still preferred over a correctly oriented flat. You can figure out the rest...(!)
