Being that it has beat up tin, 50% rear tires, and not completely original, I would say that it isn't a cherry. But with the newly installed clutch and rebuilt head, it sounds like a pretty good tractor operational. Around my parts, one that runs with shot tires is around $500. One that runs with useable tires ussually will go from $700 and up. Getting a little hard to find one like you are talking about that is still complete and original. Some isolated cases where they bring considerable more, but ussually it is family members bidding against each other or there is a couple of nuts at the auction. My 2 cents from North East Kansas.
