Getting the 656 back on the road (field)

Gentlemen,

is there any harm in replacing a worn (almost smooth) rear tire with a new one when the other side is 50 - 60%? One front tire (narrow front) is fairly weather checked as well.

Any recommendations? Try find a used one? Do used ones exist?
