Thanks, guys. I remember (30-40 years ago)we removed the cylinder and installing the pin, then used the cylinder on the front cultivators. Also, got my foot caught in the mechanism while standing on front of hitch when it was being raised when I was around 9 yrs old, and lost a new Redwing boot. Took months for the bones to mend and I never got close to that thing again when it was operating. If you have one of these hitches, next time you use it, you can see the scissor effect that got me. Did any other Farmalls have this besides 300 and 400?
