With a belly mower, especially if it is the IH mower built specifically for the CUB, that would be a fantastic price here in Central Texas. The fact that it runs is good, but how well it runs is more important. If you have to spend $500 overhauling the engine before you can use it, that should be considered. Also, the condition of the rear tires is another important point as they are pretty expensive as well (about $250 for a new pair). Still, that sounds like a pretty good price to me. My two cents,
