Yea, the so called ignition switch on the 350D just enables the manifold heater and starter button to work. When is the last time you cleaned the 1st stage filter and replaced the 2nd stage filter? There is also a 3rd stage, but it is changed 'infrequently' so just working on the 1st and 2nd is usually enough. Do you have the owners manual so you can follow the burping proceedure you have to follow once the fuel system is opened anywhere?
