I believe there is a different relief spring you can install to bring it up to 800. Search the farmall archives for 'lift-all' and I think there's a mention of this or talk to your IH dealer. I recently rebuilt one that was already at 800 - there was a yellow dot on the pump plate inside. Some folks say they've seen it marked with a yellow '8'. As long as you are inside, I'd replace all the springs, gaskets and balls. Altogether they only come to about $30. It's worth doing it now so you don't have to go back in.
