1. M&W. $150 2. M&W. $220 3. Hydreco. Less than $200 but can't remember exactly. This one mounts to the IH cast extension that bolts to front engine plate. It has the SAE flange setup (male one side and female the other). This means it can bolt up to the M&W and then the distributer can bolt up to it. In other words, tandem pumps. The engine breather tube has to be relocated. The set up is on a '40 H. There is a M&W in the YT Classified now with an asking price of $295. I think it is in Ohio. You are better off to wait for an eBay listing.
