yes, you are right I did not remember the date correctly. I will look that up again. Anyways, the regulator case has two coils in it. The right one appears to change the voltage to the battery, currently set at ~7.2 volts. The left coil has a adjustment locking screw in it but it does not appear to be adjustable.
