Looking for Family Tractor

When I was a kid, we farmed using a C. My uncle eventually gave it to a neighbor, who then died. His widow sold it, but doesn't remember to whom. Her name is Mrs. Vincent (Marie) Pokorny, and she lives in West Falls, NY. I would like to find this tractor and see if I can purchase it for restoration. Anybody out there have any ideas how to go about finding this piece of our famnily history?
