1963 IH pickup

Hi I found a 1963 IH pickup for sale today. Has a 304 V8, manual trans, fleetside bed. Body is rusty but it is a complete original truck. I would be third owner. Truck sold at original owners auction and a guy I know bought it. So history is known. My question is what would it be worth? Needs brake lines and carb rebuild. The guy that bought it had it running in 30 mins after finding a kinked gas line. Can yopu get parts? Are they reasonable? He said I could have it and the Farmall H I bought for $250. I said I would think about it and took the H for $100. Is it worth $150? More or scrap? Thanks
