You stated that engine/transmission are good, there isn't much more to them. If the tin is in decent shape, you're just looking at a paint job. They may be considered a bit "rare", but are not a real high dollar collectible. If it was an MTA-D it would be. The other part of this is how much can you do yourself? To pay someone to "restore" one could get expensive quickly. I happen to like them, so it's a labor of love to me. good luck
