On my two C's I took a small piece of flat iron and ground it into the same shape as the original handle. I then drilled a hole in the center of it and welded it to the stem of the valves. It isn't orginal but it does work for now. I don't have my parts CD here at home so not sure if the valves can be ordered seperately or if you would need to get an entire oil pan. If you can order the valves then you would have to grind the old one off and weld the new one to the pan. I had one valve that wouldn't budge so applied a little heat and was able to get it to operate ok.
