Rebuilding my first H many questions...

We just about are third Farmall tractor and have decided to actually rebuild this one. It is a 49 H. We are stripping it down and getting all the grease of it and getting ready to sand it down for Paint. What is the best paint to use? Do I need a high temp paint for the engine or will regular paint work? Also were can I find the seat and shock bushings or the shock itself. And inside the exhaust manifold there looks like some sort of valve or damper (what is this). Any help will be appreciated.
