I just wanted to thank everyone for the advice. I went with the Saginaw hitch (how could I not after all those postings?). The truck brought it yesterday about 4pm and installation was done by 5:30pm. It would have been done sooner but my cigar went out a few times and I had to walk over to the truck to relight it (!). Anyway, you all were right -- it IS heavy. In the truck, it had crushed the cheesy pallet it was on so we had to drag it to the end of the trailer where I could get a chain on it and lift it out. After that, it was smooth sailing. Of course, it had been loaded first so it was all the way in the front of the trailer. I used my Massey Furgeson 1250 bucket to lift it into place on the M. I'm not exactly sure why I had to turn the axle clamps upside down, but I did (those clamp bolts weren't too interested in coming off, though) and it was all pretty simple. Did it by myself as a matter of fact. Now, all I have to do is get some hydraulic hoses made and I'll be off to the races. or off to the fields... Thanks again for the help! This is a great resource.
