One would need a tach and do the math on the tire size (loaded radius), drop boxes, ring/pinion, and tranny to find out actual speed of your tractor. If you are mathematically challanged, it might be easier and more accurate to time yourself over the distance of one or two sections.

If you need more speed, you could always play with the governor or disconnect it. In the latter case you would want a foot throttle operated with your left foot. Don't get crazy with the rpms. You could break the fan mount (front engine plate) and send the fan into the radiator.
