You can use what the others recommend. As mentioned none of your tractors came with a white grille. The white started with the 130, 230, 350, and 450. The rims were galvanized on your early ones, by 1956 the rims were probably painted, but the rims were manufactured by an outside supplier, and even when originally painted, there was no official color, as IH only specified rust protection, not color. So it is some shade of silver argent.
