Farmallkid Some time back there was a post on here about towing tractors, I said I would never tow a tractor, others disagreed with me. I would never tow a tractor of any kind most don't lub that well being towed. Haveing said that any Hydro, IH made can be towed without harming the Hydro if the range transmission is but in neutral. The Hydro is lubed by the oil that drives it so if it has to build 5000 PSI to drive it has 5000 PSI lube pressure. If you tow it has none. Even with engine running.
