I wouldn't be too concerned about the oil pressure being high. It could be a combination of heavy oil and cold weather. If that's the case, the pressure will go down once the engine warms and heats the oil. As for the tractor shutting off after three minutes, that sounds like a classic partial blockage of the fuel line. Be sure to check the strainer, line and screen at the inlet to the carburetor and make sure that fuel flows freely.
