there is a set screw with a jam nut that needs to be loosen, on the side of the housing, then on on the two flat surfaces there is a place for a blunt object to kinda hammer on that pulls the pully togeather, then re tighten the jam nut, there is a real tool for the inside but not sure if you have it. I think i explained it right
